Pastina – Shredded Chicken soup with homemade pasta, Quail egg, Spinach and
parmesan.

Entrée:
Braised Short Rib with a Luxardo cherry port wine au jus (braised in bay leaves,
nutmeg, cloves, juniper berries and rosemary) on a bed of Risi e Bisi (risotto with
peas and pancetta) with candied carrots.

Dessert:
